Establish contextual goals, identify user needs, assess motivating factors and barriers, define success criteria, conduct research, and analyze the gathered data

Conduct comparative analyses, facilitate co-creation sessions, and structure workflows to design the optimal solution, before formalizing the user flows

Prototype & Iteration
Design final interfaces and high-fidelity prototypes, conduct user tests, define specs, and oversee development. Finally, review results and adjust to optimize the solution
